At Harger, we provide expert-led training designed to help individuals and teams grow, improve, and stay safe.
Our requestable on-site trainings cover Ultraweld Exothermic Welding or HarGround High Compression Grounding, where your team will learn proper techniques, cleaning procedures, and essential safety practices. Upon successful completion, participants will receive three-year manufacturer certifications.
We also offer Lightning Protection Installation Training, available both virtually and in person at our Grayslake, Illinois factory location. After this course, the installer
will have an understanding on the design, material, and installation requirements for
an ordinary structure.
